We ask that our customers put a 30% deposit in place at least 7 weeks prior to delivery.
The remaining 70% is due upon delivery via a bank draft or money order prior to unloading.
How do you ship the packages?
We ship our packages on 68' truck & trailer (48' flat deck).
If the site is not accessible to such a transport, other arrangements
can be made to off load at another location and reloaded onto smaller
flat deck that can access the site. A forklift must be on site to off
load. If the load is to be off loaded by hand, arrangements for
additional time must be made. If for some reason your site is not
accessible by our truck, we are only responsible to deliver the package
to the closest drop point.
How far can you ship your packages?
We can ship our packages anywhere in the world.
How many cabins can you put on one load?
We can put two
cabins on one load up to the size of the Skeena II and one cabin per
truck thereafter. With the exceptions of the Windermere, Robson, Jordan and Fraser
models, which require two trucks.
Do you offer multiple cabin discounts?
Yes, by all means. We will examine each case individually and determine an appropriate discount.
Do you charge local state taxes?
We do not charge nor do we collect local state taxes. However, you still might be responsible
to pay. You must check with your local state tax agency for the correct answer. Or you local state tax authorities may contact
you after you receive the package and request payment for tax. State taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
None payment of local state taxes may result in interest and penalties.
